Prescott Import Car Service Receives AAA Top Shop Award

AAA recently honored 28 auto repair facilities on its ninth annual list of Top Shops. Prescott Import Car Service is honored to receive this award that recognizes repair shops for providing customers with honest, reliable and quality service.

To be considered for the Top Shop designation, facilities must first be a part of AAA's Approved Auto Repair network which comprises more than 150 auto repair and auto body facilities across Arizona. These facilities must adhere to more than 20 standards established by the auto club, including annual inspection by AAA representatives and having Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified technicians for each area of service offered. We must also guarantee the effectiveness of repairs, parts, labor and components for a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles.

In addition, AAA conducts random customer surveys, and Top Shops must maintain at least a 90 percent approval rating. Top Shops like Prescott Import Car must also remain actively involved in the community through service groups and charities and uphold an exemplary business reputation.
